TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LiTCO SOLUTIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our engineering portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all sales of electrical components, equipment, and technical consultancy services provided.

2. Scope of Services

LiTCO SOLUTIONS provides the distribution of electrical products, automation components, and specialized engineering support.

We act as an authorized distributor or service provider depending on the specific product line.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotations are based on current market pricing.

Final charges include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

5. Payments and Liens

All invoices must be paid according to the agreed credit terms.

LiTCO SOLUTIONS shall have a general lien on any equipment or components within its possession for all unpaid claims incurred by the Customer.

6. Customer Warranties

The Customer warrants that all components ordered meet their specific technical requirements.

The Customer must ensure that electrical installations are performed by certified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

LiTCO SOLUTIONS’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective components or a refund of the purchase price.

We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of production or site delays.

Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all hardware.

12. Claims & Returns

Claims for shipping damage or shortages must be filed in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Returns of non-defective components may be subject to a restocking fee and must be in original packaging.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dammam/Al Khobar.
